TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME
Rome wasn’t built in a day. If you try and make every change immediately that’s necessary for you to have a healthy lifestyle you’re setting yourself up for failure. I want you to succeed. I want you to have a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the good health that will come from that. So what we have found is those implementing one or two changes at a time are those who will be successful.
They allow these changes to bed in before making another change or two.
I’m going to make quite a few suggestions from this point forward, many of which will be the complete opposite to what you’re doing currently. There is no doubt that you will have some bad habits. These have been with you for probably as long as you can remember. They are pretty much ingrained into your psyche. So to change them is going to be hard for you.
By being able to concentrate on creating just one or two new habits at a time is going to help you keep focused on them which will result in you eliminating for ever your bad habits and replacing them with really good ones.
